"Phagoosi ' is local name of recipe , its rare and unique as this is available only in desert, women cooked it with a unique way, taste was like moringa , this family living in Punjab on the edge of Cholistan Desert, they cut down these flowers during March and April then dry in sunlight and collect & preserve for long time. they raise cattle, goat and sheep . as in this video they make tea of goat milk and taste was so rich.
