DOING THINGS DIFFERENTLY : Atlas of Ideas to Plan, Dwell, and Build a Sustainable Nunavik

Nuna inspired the atlas. In over 8 years of collaborative research with Inuit colleagues:

We have learned about the reciprocal relationship they have with the land which provides everything needed to survive.
We have learned that Nuna brings together Inuit generations through ancestral knowledge passed down from Elders to youth.
We have learned that living with Nuna also means living with the seasons.
We have learned that land-based practices create solidarity.
We have learned that this relationship with Nuna is a source of well-being for Inuit.

Inspired by this relationship with Nuna, 15 keys for change emerge to better PLAN, BUILD, and DWELL, hopefully the Inuit way. It is not meant as an end, but rather as a starting point on how to do things differently : https://www.doingthingsdifferently.ca
