The Pioneer XDJ-RX may have changed the future of digital DJing. Here we look at their introduction to laptop-free gear, which reduces the learning curve from bedroom hobbyist to professional club DJ. Essentially, the XDJ-RX mimics 2 Pioneer CDJs and a mixer, while adding elements of controllerism. In use, it maintains an incredibly easy setup, and USB transports prepared tracks from Rekordbox.
