The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 T510 does not support the S Pen. In fact, it does not support any active stylus. But, if you really want to, you can use pens made for capacitive touchscreens. Some are kind of crappy, some kind of work. But you've got to keep in mind that this tablet is not great for note taking.
