With the first part of 2024 being mostly illness and sciatica giving me problems .
you could say it hasnt been easy to get out.

Though spring has arrived and I'm feeling better, I finally managed to get out.

So join me as I explore one of England's most vibrant and natural environments.
Only to find peace and tranquility.

This glacial valley is surrounded by native woodlands and the beautiful river Liza runs through the center of it and out to Ennerdale water .
Which together shapes this amazing landscape.
