Caring cadets from the Rubery and Bromsgrove Troops of Hereford and Worcester Army Cadet Force swapped their beds for a sleeping bag in order to raise funds for charity.

By taking part in the Great Tommy Sleep Out their cadets spent a night outdoors to raise funds for the Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI), raising awareness for homeless ex-servicemen and women.

We asked their cadets why they chose to take part - and what words of wisdom they'd offer to anyone thinking of doing the challenge next year.
