Celebrating 100 years of Digboi oil refinery. First setup in 1901 by the Assam Oil Company Ltd it marked the beginning of a new era in human achievements. First golden drop of oil came out of Digboi which paved way for the development of the petroleum industry in India. They became the pioneer in oil refining in India. Indian Oil took over the refining and markerting part of Assam Oil Company in 1981. Watch the film to learn the history of oil in India.
