What is Pirate Nation Gives?
ECU’s Day of Giving is called Pirate Nation Gives. It’s a 24-hour online fundraising event that brings the ECU community together to engage with and give back to the university. Alumni, faculty, staff, students, and friends are encouraged to donate to the college, fund, or program of their choice.

What does your gift support?
Your generous gift will support Coastal Studies Scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students focused on coastal and marine sciences on our ECU Outer Banks Campus. Funding also supports education and outreach efforts including hands-on programs for K-12 students and teachers, STEM summer camps, and educational programs for lifelong learners and the general public.
