This is the video we shared on Japan Week 2021 livestream session by Rev. Taijo Imanaka of Seattle Koyasan Buddhist Temple.

Shojin Ryori is the traditional dining style of Buddhist monks in Japan. The word "Shojin" means to make efforts to keep walking until one becomes enlightened. "Ryori" means cooking. So, Shojin Ryori is diets to help you live your life mindfully on a rainy day and a shiny day.
