For mum 3times meal, medicine, pad and postpartum care from a nurses
For baby diapers, baby wipes, baby formula, baby care and check up frequently
Extra thing you may need:
A blanket, new go home outfit, one go home baby outfit and car seat
Many useful information has been provided before we left as a new parent
