🛠️ Engineering the Impossible
One-Piece Innovation: This aerospike engine was 3D-printed as a single monolithic copper alloy part (CuCrZr), eliminating the need for complex assembly or failure-prone seals.

The Cooling Challenge: It uses a sophisticated regenerative cooling system, flooding the central spike with super-cold liquid oxygen (at -183°C) while the outer chamber is cooled by kerosene.
