I decided to write a book in my mid 20's Zico: An Autobiography of a Non League Player. I must have been having one of those dreams again! Bestseller! Not quite but it lead to a great experience and another dream I had. Playing in Brazil, meeting Zico and scoring a goal at the famous Maracanã Stadium. Surely that dream couldn't come true! Here is the story of how a TV network from Brazil came to Guernsey and filmed for 3 days and the invitation I had from the football legend Zico who I was named after. After the invite from Zico I broke my leg playing in a non league match for Guernsey FC. I later came back to fitness and went out to Brazil to play in a match in front of 70.000 Brazilian fans.
