My name is Heidy Rodriguez and I am from Bayamon Puerto Rico and I have been working here for a year now. I’m a surgical coordinator for four of our providers and I just make sure they have all of the authorizations they need, I make sure that their experience working with me, in scheduling their surgeries is a great and satisfying experience. I take my time with them and make sure all of their questions are answered before they come in for surgery or go to the hospital for surgery. Well first and foremost we have excellent doctors with excellent professional and patient care. We also have privileges in the major hospitals in the area and we are the largest in Osceola County and most importantly our commitment to patient care is our top priority. What I like most about my job is not only the patient care but since I was promoted from medical assistant to surgical coordinator, I love taking care of the patients making sure that they feel okay before having their procedures done, making sure that they feel cared for and feel okay having the procedure done with one of our providers. They have to be comfortable with it.
