How to Cook Oxtail Sinigang | Oxtail Sour Soup | | Oxtail Recipe Asereth Maria Kitchen

OXTAIL SINIGANG is BEEF TAIL sour soup, here am sharing with you hiw very easy to make and not complicated at all, Hearty and savory and flavourful, perfect for colder season but equally delicious and suitable any time of the year.
Sinigang is one of the more popular dishes in Filipino cuisine, meat can be pork, chicken or beef, as well as fish, shrimp or sea seashells.
Braising it longer in low or low medium fire is best .
Wash Blanched oxtail first for few minutes in a boiling water , this process will reduce grease in the soup.
Boil briskly at the first 5-10 minutes then lower heat and cook until soft enough. Or use pressure cooker instead if you wish. I home grown morning glory and other vegetables , so when making Filipino soup like SINIGANG, i just add whats available in my garden, and in my fridge as well. Sinigang is versatile soup, so you can always choose to add other vegetables like long bean, okra, pak choi(pechay) or and gabi.

How to Cook Oxtail Sinigang
Ingredients:
Oxtail
White Radish
Tomato
Garlic
Onion
Ginger
Kangkong leaves ( morning glory
Long chili (pang sinigang)

Seasonings:
Sinigang mix
Patis
Salt & pepper

Extra fish sauce with kalamansi and chili for dippings.(sawsawan)

Cooking time : 2 hours or more
