You will meet nemesis for the 8th time after you use the "Chronos Gear" item on the Machine Room at Clock Tower. Right after you leave the balcony, a cutscene will be shown about a chopper coming to rescue Jill. However, Nemesis will show up and destroy the chopper with his bazooka, then a battle with him will happen outside of the Clock Tower on the garden area. If you choosed the option "Jump out of the window" in the live selection on Trolley, you will meet nemesis type 1 with his rocket launcher on this encounter. He will not drop no items when you defeat him, but also you can not skip or escape this encounter. So you are forced to defeat him.
