Mango Park Police Officer Chambers and Sgt. Mike Green are patrolling the neighborhood when they pull someone over for appearing suspicious. Officer Chambers walks up to the vehicle and begins questioning the motorist, but won't reveal the reason why he was pulled over in the first place. During the interrogation, the driver Tyrone realizes the only reason he was stopped is because of the color of his skin. Unfortunately for the officers, this citizen knows his rights and will not allow himself to be bullied by these two ignorant civil servants.
