Hi, my name's Gideon and I'm with WagonHaus. We're here at the Melbourne Home show. We are a Tasmanian company that specialises in designing and delivering tiny homes like the one you can see. So, let's take a look. Come with me. So this is a six metre tiny house. It's all fully certified with electrics, plumbing, and gas hot water. We can really customise it to suit whatever your needs are. Let's take a look inside. So, we deliver nationwide and we're able to transport these wherever you need to be. So this is four point two metres high and we've got an amazing custom made designer kitchen and an incredible two loft space. There's even room for you and the family as well. It can travel all across the country and it's been inspected by a structural engineer and so it's got all of the modifications that it requires. It sits on a four and a half tonne tri axle trailer so you know that you can take it wherever you need to go. Inside here, we've got a loft space for two. That can fit a queen size bed up there. Then for the kids, there's a single space on the other side. Now it's all double-glazed windows and insulation throughout. So it's got really great thermal properties. That way you know when there's a cold winter's night, you'll always be taken care of in this beautiful stable climate. It's fully lockable and transportable and it's hooked up on the trailer with just all the facility that you need to be able to travel safely and within the law. So you can easily have it hooked up to water and have guttering systems installed or put in. The amazing thing about WagonHaus is were able to customise it to exactly what you require. We've also got a composting toilet there and all kinds of features that allow it to be as environmentally sustainable and eco-friendly as possible. It gives you the opportunity to keep moving. Okay so as you can see, it's on a trailer on a four and a half tonne trailer so you can take it wherever you want to go. It's got all of the modifications that are required to keep you stable and safe as you travel around the country.
