Changing a couple of shackle bushes on my 1983 Land Rover 109.

There are easier jobs to do, but it's more time consuming than difficult - using taper drifts I was able to free the "metalastic" bushes without much hastle. If you can open up the spring a little it's much easier to break the rust.

The rear shackle bushes on the front springs are a little more involved and will be changed along with the chassis bushes.
