LB NOW: 300 Alamitos Groundbreaking Ceremony

On November 22, 2024, the City of Long Beach held a groundbreaking ceremony for 300 Alamitos, an affordable housing project in the Alamitos Beach area. The facility will feature 82 units, an open space courtyard, recreation area and support services for low-income seniors and seniors experiencing homelessness.
