Picking olives by hand for our cold press olive oil

We have the privilege of using only cold press organic olive oil from our own olives in Ortiga, Portugal. Every year we need to pick the olives and prune the trees, so all the family gets together to help. It's hard work but also rewarding because there is no olive oil you can buy that even resembles the quality of this one. In case you are wondering I think it's possible to buy it, but given the very limited amount you would have to be very lucky to get one.
