First, all thanks and glory to God for giving me the inspiration, opportunity, and strength to write and produce this song. Without His grace, this message and music would not exist.
This song was born out of a very real moment in my life. On a long drive back to Philadelphia from Dallas with my son, we made stops along the way, singing, praying, and simply being present with one another. In those quiet yet powerful moments, I was reminded of the truth that time with God is never wasted, and time with family is a reflection of that same grace.
As we drove, lyrics began to flow like a prayer rising up from the road. By the time I finally reached Philadelphia and sat down at the piano, the song had taken form. Time Well Spent is more than just music, it’s a cry for God, for family, and for what matters the most.
Life moves quickly, and the days pass faster than we realize. But when we root our moments in God, when we pray with our children, when we sing and laugh together, those are the treasures that never fade.
