We have options in life when things don't go as planned. I actually had two options (this last week) which were:

Option A = be frustrated at something I could not control (which I chose not to do)

or

Option B = to turn a negative into a positive.

I chose Option B!

I was originally booked on a travel itinerary (with 3 flights) leaving the island of Bali and getting me onto the island of Sicily. My 3rd and final flight was canceled (w/no notice) as I was also automatically re-booked for two full days later. I decided to use this unexpected time (in Munich Germany) to create a spectacular video showcasing the retail landscape in the Old Town area, commonly called Altstadt.

This area is riddled with history, architectural masterpieces as well as luxury retail carved into every corner. I saddled up with extra layers of clothing (as it was a crisp Fall day) to hit the streets.

I started out at the Hofstatt Shopping mall. This mecca is @ 10 yrs old (blended w/many European labels) mixed with many household known International labels.

I then found the Rodeo Drive of Munich, which is known as Maximilian Street (Maximilianstraße). There is a designer brand here to satisfy every fashionista across the globe. I noted a few particular banners as thankfully Flexecution has installed fixtures, millwork or decor signage (in many of these shops) around North America.

Hopefully you enjoyed the time I spent beating the streets of Altstadt. I feel as if I turned lemons into lemonade and sold them on the streets last weekend!
