The Day the Signals Fell (CP Blandon)

In 2018 Norfolk Southern along with other Class 1 railroads began upgrading their signal systems in compliance with the newly in place push for Positive Train Control, In March I found myself on location during one of the many cutover days along the rails. I spent my day documenting the ongoing operation at CP Blandon on Norfolk Southern's Reading to Allentown mainline. I was able to catch a few trains as well, I hope you'll enjoy this short documentary on the cutover!
