This Devstream Had A LOT of content to show off. Koumei is live on the 2nd of October. She has a randomness to her abilities and she is very unique. She also has 2 signature weapons in the Higasa Rifle and the Amanata Melee.
Hildryn and Wukong Changes AND Caliban and Nova reworks. Caliban looks great and Nova looks amazing to me.
