Many thanks for watching the 27th edition of The Carpy Cast from 19-05-2022 - our weekly YouTube column with the latest news from our carp lakes. This edition we discuss:


Le Grand Etang
Quite warm here… and the carp are ready for spawning, so it's hard work to be able to catch a carp.

Livardiere
Some beautiful catches from last week from swim 4 including two common carp of 24kg & 26kg. The carp are now in spawning mode here as well

Merenye
Cees & Cees had a great trip and caught:
5-10 kg 30 carp
10-15 kg 49 carp
15-20 kg 40 carp
20-25 kg 12 carp
25-30 kg 2 carp
30-35 kg 1 carp

Frank is fishing there now and caught his new PB of 24.8kg this morning.

Carpfarm Lake
Bert: “The expectations were high, but even these were exceeded. We had such nice guests who fished hard. This resulted in a nice number of fish including 1 of the top fish over 30 kilos caught by our German guest Victor Dancu at a weight of 32 kilos. Because he has fished more often on Carpfarm Lake and gained the necessary experience, this resulted in a wonderful reward.
It is therefore very nice as a lake owner to experience that from our large stock of 20 kilo plus fish, a number of carp are already crossing the 30 kilo plus limit. This promises something for the future.
