Native son of Baltimore, incredible musician, talented drummer, and likely an evolutionary misstep as a caveman living in the modern day (it's 2024). To some he is simply the Caveman and in the darker corners of society they call him "Crash Fistfight", but to most; Harley Phillips. He co-founded the band that would eventually become Noisem with his brother, guitarist & drummer Sebastian Phillips, all before he was a teenager. He and his brother's success can be attributed to his musical upbringing of his supportive parents, Wendy Phillips and TFP (Tony 'Fuckin' Phillips), the internet likely, his brother's encouragement, the support of his friends, and the underground communities of the DMV.

If you see him on either of America's coastlines, buy him an 8th of Hash and a water bottle. Also support his musical endeavors all the ways you're supposed to bolster your favorite bands and musicians.

Harley has been in Prime Evil, Necropsy, Noisem, fill in for Incite, some Screamo jawn out of LA, and a new project or two in the near future (keep your eyes peeled).
