Fresh Ginger-100g
Sugar-150g
Molasses-175g
Oil-157ml
Plain flour-280g
Spice mix -2tsp
Salt-1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1and 1/3 tsp
Boiling Water-210ml
Egg-1


Glaze with caramel sauce ( optional)
