Jesus taught that we have two very different bodies formed from two different life-forces. Our body of flesh is only empowered by the material earthly elements and their chemical interactions. While our Spiritual body is only empowered by the Loving Spiritual Life-force of our Loving Spiritual Creator in the Heavenly Spiritual World.
But He also taught we have two identities to chose to become if we have good physical health. One is our True Spiritual identity of Light and Love which is contained in our Spiritual body, the other can be a dark, false shadow identity driven by our own imagination out of which all evil comes. These are the warmongers, murderers and violent children of this world who have fallen into the trap of moving out of their beautiful Spiritual body and Soul mind of Love into this false, egotistical, self-serving identity devoid of all Spiritual Life-force and only empowered by the temporary material earthly life-force of the body of flesh.
Jesus taught that this dirty, shadow figure of darkness is the real threat to our True Spiritual Life and we must never develop such an evil identity. If we do we will be living a lie unto ourselves and be lost and unable to transition into the Heavenly Spiritual World when our body of flesh dies and returns to the earth.
Jesus taught that if our mind or eye is whole and single we will be filled with Light. Only those of us who awaken into our True Spiritual body and identity are filled with Love and Light and nothing else.
