ESO - 140K DPS Stamina Sorcerer | Scions of Ithelia

Actually a 139.8K. Probably would've been 140 if I pre-buffed Kilt stacks or had better opener :(. I also got a 139.5K with Bound Armaments (BA). Both CMXs are at the end.

142-143 should be possible with a slightly better weaving average, especially in the Overload portion. I'd imagine Ry or Charles can do it. I'm a little bit slow :(

Average with Frag setup: 136-137K
Average with BA setup: 137K

Me and many other fellow players often had slightly better results with Hurricane instead of Carve during U40. But with Trap not triggering Hemorrhage as often anymore, I feel like Carve should be the slightly better choice (100-200 more DPS) to help with Hemorrhage stacks, but the difference is very minimal. Both Carve and Hurricane do about 5K DPS.

What's new in Update 41:
The status effect changes in Update 41 (specifically Concussed) basically made the AoE Atro morph better than the Single Target morph thanks to its guaranteed Concussed procs.
Poisoned and Burning are about the same if not slightly less dps (~1K) than last patch.
Hemorrhaging is down 3-4K (due to Trap's Bleed chance nerf) unless you invest in a lot of Bleed attacks.
Sundered got buffed a good bit and now also gives 100 Weapon/Spell damage.
Charged/Charged is probably going to be the new Single Target meta for many classes. In my testings on the stam sorc, Nirn/Charged is about 1-2K behind.

For "full damage" Stam Sorcs in raids, you'll typically want to use Coral Riptide. Stam sorc sustain is quite perfect for managing low stam fairly easily. If you'd rather not use Coral, then you can use Relequen for about 1-2K less Single Target DPS.

Pair Coral or Rele with either Aegis Caller, AY/Berserking Warrior, or Pillar of Nirn. Tzogvin and Sul-Xan's Torment are also great sets but pretty niche. Maelstrom 2H (Greatsword) backbar is pretty much a must since it buffs a lot of your attacks (Rapid Strikes, Bound Armaments, Frags, etc).

Generally I'd recommend either:

1. Coral body + Aegis (or AY) frontbar with Kilt mythic (or Maw Infernal) and Maelstrom 2H
2. Same as 1 but with Maelstrom Inferno instead of 2H
3. Same as 1 or 2 but with Relequen instead of Coral Riptide
