GH 56 Liason Liz & Jason Miss Jake

"Liz arrives just in time for Lucky/Siobahn's wedding but hesitates at the door. Liz isn't able to barge in or pull away, she watches and listens at the door as Lucky sasy his vows to Siobahn. As Lucky speaks, memories of their first time sharing vows comes to mind. Liz is unable to break the wedding or Lucky's heart so she walks away.

Jason has fallen asleep and dreams of taking Jake for a bike ride. Jason wakes feeling the full weight of his grief when Liz runs into the room believing it was empty. Liz is trying to pull herself together before Steve can see her and sends her home again.

Alone, Liz and Jason talk about the emptiness they feel and how Jake is always on their mind. Jason shares his dream and his one special memory of Jake with Liz, who says she doesn't need to be asleep to see Jake. Liz asks Jason to take his bike out of ride in honor of Jake's 4th birthday.

At the house, Liz opens a package containing a mini-bike for Jake on his birthday. Liz watches as Jake comes right up and rides away on the mini-bike. Cut to an empty room. Unable to have such a reminder in her house she takes it directly to Lucky. Lucky tries to comfort Liz over the shock of the gift and loss of Jake, as his new bride watches from afar.
