A modern farmhouse - tropical 2 level house, this house is a 3 Bedroom designed keeping into consideration flooding with its elevated Plan -- our second entry to our Elevated houses. The ground floor is essentially assigned as a utility zone with the main floor elevated containing the living areas. It is inspired by Philippine's traditional house, the BAHAY KUBO which is usually built on stilts and amakan elevated to the next level design.

The house has 3 BEDROOMS, one of which is a master bedroom at the main level along with other living areas such as kitchen, dining area, living area, toilet and bath and a powder room.

The ground floor has the Utility areas such as laundry room with toilet and bath, a dirty/utility kitchen, a dining area, and a carport.
