The story is a funny conversation between a couple, Bubu and Dudu, about getting a six-pack body. Bubu is jealous of a girl's slim and smart body, and wants to know how to get a body like that. Dudu tells Bubu that it is not enough to go to the gym, but that they also need to start a diet. Bubu is skeptical, but Dudu challenges them to try it. Bubu agrees, and Dudu orders a large pizza with extra cheese, coke, burger, and ice cream. Bubu is tempted to eat the food, but they resist the temptation and go to bed. Later that night, Bubu sneaks into the kitchen and eats the leftover pizza. Dudu catches them and laughs, but Bubu is still happy that they were able to resist the temptation for most of the day.
