Doesnt it always seem to be the way that you get sick at inconvenient times?! Or is there just never a great time to get ill 🤧

Join us as we celebrate my partners birthday and spend loads of quality time together. Weekends feel so so sooo precious since I've gone back to work. I could tell this weekend that I really should have just slowed down (well as best as you can as a parent) and just let my body chill BUT I could feel my anxiety kicking in when I did try to. I feel like I have a long list of jobs I need / want to get done on my weekends now, as well as trying to spend quality time as a family.

In all serious though, I know that burn out is real and I am a big believer in your body telling you when you need to slow down, by getting ill. It's all about balance and self care and I know I need to start actively choosing self care and self love every single day! 💕
