Okaaaaaay.. This is a Swedish song, made famous and written by Galenskaparna & After Shave and is what you ultimately get if you mix barbershop with Sweden. The song is about what happens when you go to the barber! Now THAT'S barbershop. In Swedish it needs no description and in english, the only translation we can think of is "bong bong".
