1KG Diced Chicken Breast
1 Small Onion finely chopped
1 Star Anise
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
2-3 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste ( Blend your own 50/50, add some coriander stalks for added flavour with some oil)
1 Tsp Chilli & Lime Pickle
2 Tbs Sweet Chilli Sauce
4 Cloves sliced Garlic
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes

1 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Bassar Mix Powder (Or Curry Powder)
1/2 Tbsp Extra Hot Chilli Powder
3 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

1 Heaped tsp Garam Masala
4 Tbsp Tomato Paste ( Puree with a little water, add some coriander Optional and blend with splash of Worcestershire Sauce)
6 Green Chillies
2 Tbsp Sugar ( Start with 1 Tbsp, add more if desired)
Squirt Lemon
1 Tbsp Mango Chutney
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
2 Tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
180ml Single Cream
1000ml Base Gravy
