This is a conversation with a potential tenant buyer. This is a quick screening that I do for any person interested in one of our rent to own homes.

Step 1. They see signs or other online marketing for the house.

Step 2. They call and listen to pre recorded message asking which home they are interested in.

Step 3. The leave a voicemail. I text them back all info on the house such as pictures, video walk through etc...

Step 4. After 5-10 minutes, I call them back to give them an over view of how our program works. (this call)

Step 5. Answer any basic questions they may have and get my number one question answered, " About how much do can you raise to put towards a down payment?"

If they have something reasonable, send them to the house (on lock box) or send them other potential properties that they may like.

If they have a small amount, (this call) you will hear what I say.

This is just a snippet of the process that I use everyday to manage the over whelming leads of potential tenant buyers that call about rent to own types of home.
