Een instructievideo over de aanhouding van Wilhelmina van Pruisen bij Goejanverwellesluis op 28 juni 1787. De aanhouding hield verband met de strijd van de patriotten tegen stadhouder Willem V. Vandaar dat in de video ook veel aandacht wordt besteed aan de patriottentijd en de Bataafse Revolutie. Het pamflet 'Aan het Volk van Nederland' van de Zwolse patriot Joan Derk van der Capellen tot den Pol komt aan bod, evenals de beroemde orangist Kaat Mossel. Deze video past bij de historische context 'De Verlichting 1650-1900' voor het vwo.
