In this latest video, I review the 2016 movie, Dead Awake. I've also added the official HD Trailer. This movie was directed by Phillip Guzzman and written by Jeffrey Reddick. It stars Joceln Donahue in the dual roles of Kate/Beth Borman. It also stars Jesse Bradford as Evan, Jesse Borengo as Dr Hussain Davies and Lori Petty as Dr Sykes.
This movie uses the unusal medical condition, sleep paralysis as it's basis. Sleep paralysis is a disturbing sleep disorder where the brain fail to switch the body back on. The suffere is awake but totally paralysed.This condition affects thousands of people around the world and the movie makers have used it to give a supernatural cause to the illness.
