I have tested Cetaphil Gentle Makeup Remover to remove regular mascara, lipstick and brow pencil and I am very pleased.
I have not tested it to remove waterproof mascara since I don't have one.

Cetaphil Gentle Makeup Remover is a bit oily, similar to Lancome Bi-Facil.
After I cleaned my face with the product I felt some residue left on my skin (same as my other makeup removers) and I saw some oily shine, that was gone after two minutes.
A little bit later I washed my face and neck with just water and I could feel the oily residue on my skin (same as my other makeup removers).

As much as I love "green" products or at least as free as possible from the harsh ingredients, when it comes to makeup removers there is no much choice left - green products often lose the buttle.
After comparing the ingredients, that are a way better than my other makeup removers have and how efficient it is - Cetaphil Gentle Makeup Remover is a keeper.

One small complaint - I wish the bottle had a built-in dispenser.
