Fancy-Looking Marble Cake using Heritage Bundt pan from Nordic Ware
you can use just any bundt pan, I'm using this one just because I fell in love with the swirl!!

Ingredients:

300g room temperature butter
3/4 cup caster sugar (if you don't have it you can use granulated sugar or just make your own, put in the blender/food processor for a few seconds!)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
7 Large Eggs (350g without shell), separate
200g Cake Flour
2 tbsp Milk Powder
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp hot water
Food Coloring (optional)
Butter and Flour for coat the pan (I just use PAM baking spray with flour)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 170 degree Celsius
Grease the pan with butter or spray with nonstick baking spray and dust evenly with flour, discard loose remaining flour
in medium bowl sift cake flour and milk powder and put aside
in small bowl Mix cocoa powder with hot water until become paste and let it cool
Creaming butter, sugar and vanilla extract using paddle attachment with medium speed, beat until the color turns pale and fluffy
Beat egg yolk 1 at the time, until smooth and incorporated
Then spoon dry ingredients (sifted flour and milk powder) in batches to the batter using (a very) low speed, do not overmix! it's important!
Divide batter in half, and mix with cocoa paste until evenly combined
Add food coloring at this stage if desired (optional)
Spooned to the pan alternately with Chocolate and Vanilla batters
and Swirl the batter using skewer around the pan to make marbled effect, once or twice
Tap the pan on the counter to release trapped air bubbles inside
Bake for around 40-45 minutes in preheated 170 degree Celsius oven, or test with skewer if it comes out clean or not, if not you can continue for another few minutes
Let the cake cool for around 10 minutes before you release it from the pan

after 10 minutes...

Put cake tray or cake stand and just flip it! Gently tap the pan and take off the pan, Voila!!!

It's beautiful just the way it is, but you can dust it with icing sugar, or glaze it with syrup or anything you want! or decorate it to make it fancier!
