HOW TO CREATE AN ART STUDIO IN A SMALL SPACE

You don't need a large space to build a great art studio!

In this video I will show you some creative tips for making yourself an inspirational nook to create in! My studio is in the back of my bedroom. What used to be a computer desk/vanity that was filled with my costume jewelry and shoes is now my favorite place in the house where I can escape and create for hours.

All of the supplies shown are from Home Depot.

The 2'x4' hardboard panels were less than $4 each. The helpers at Home Depot will cut them to your exact dimensions. I set these boards on top of my desk to protect it from scratches and glue. I then attached the faux marble tiles to it. There was no need to nail or glue the board down because the weight alone holds it in place. The easy to use peel and stick tiles were only .79 cents each. The total cost for this faux marble table top project was only $21. Paint and marks wipe off of these tiles very easily and it give the whole room a clean, bright look.
