Making a Billy the Puppet Mask from Saw

WANNA PLAY A GAME? No, how about building a mask? In this video, I finally get around to making another thing from the Saw franchise. I have had Billy the Puppet on my to-do list for a while and with Halloween fast approaching, I thought it would make for some epic costumes. In this build, I used: 6 mm and 10 mm EVA, clay foam (I used Foam-Mo from Cosplay Apprentice), tinted safety glasses, 1-inch elastic banding, contact cement, super glue, hot glue, Plasti Dip, and some Plaid FX acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a heat gun, a Dremel with various bits, a wood burner, and an Exacto knife or box cutter.
