Assalamualaikum,

Allah blessed Ezekiel (peace be upon him) gave prophethood to Hazrat Ezekiel (peace be upon him) 70 thousand people of the people of Hazrat Ezekiel (peace be upon him) because of the fear of plague. They left the city and hid in a forested Allah Ta'ala disliked this act of theirs, so Allah Ta'ala sent a punishing angel to this forest, and this angel gave a loud cry, due to which all seventy thousand people died. Hazrat Ezekiel (peace be upon him) was very saddened to see the bodies of these dead people and started crying in the presence of Allah Ta'ala and began to pray to Allah Ta'ala, then accepting the supplication of Allah Ta'ala (peace be upon him).
