NES/Famicom Game: Kaettekita Mario Bros.[Fan Translation] (1988 Nintendo)

An upgraded version of the arcade version of Mario Bros from 1983. There are four modes. The first one is the original mario bros game which is similar to the original arcade version which advertisements for the Japanese Food company Nagatanien which is the games's sponsor. The second mode is the Nagatanien which still resembles the original arcade version but when you reacch 100,000 and 200,000 points a code is given to mail out to win a copy of Super Mario Bros. 3. When the game is over, you can gain more lives by playing the slot machine game after the game is over. The third mode is the name registration allowing players to register their name, age, and gender to get listed on top scores. The fourth mode has the gives out news from the shellcreeper explaining the promotional features of the Nagatanien World.

This game was released only as a promotion available on a disk writer to promote Super Mario Bros 3. Released only in Japan.
