When in Louisville you really should visit Rabbit Hole Distillery in the Nulu District. The tour is through the heart of their distillery, very open to the public, great people, and really nice whiskey. Jaime and I had an amazing experience (thanks Adam!) and were impressed at the care and craftsmanship of the entire Rabbit Hole team. Also, the bourbon, rye, finished bourbon, and gin we tried were absolutely delicious!
