Rick, Kine and Coo Speedart - Kirby's Dream Land 2 - Project Dream

...holy shit we made it.

The road to this video being made had been nothing but bumps... and I mean that productivity-wise and my own personal life... but it's finally here, over a year after the previous installment. As I've mentioned in the community tab, various things have happened which was what led to this video being so delayed, but with the release of this... I think I have my finger on the pulse again. Everything is back in control. I hope.

Now, this video... 11 minutes??? Yeah, that's right. See, the initial problem with Rick, Kine and Coo (and even Gooey to an extent but I had a solution for him) is that they don't give me much to work with in terms of music, regarding their Morpho Knight theme. It's relatively short, and while the plan at first was to mashup the Dark Matter Swordsman theme from Kirby Quest and Robobot, it wasn't going well and I had to find a solution... which is why I want to give a MASSIVE thank you to ‪@TnhGameRemixes‬ for letting me use his Dark Matter remix from his Boss Raid series.

Y'know, this channel started in the first place because I had a silly idea for a video, building robots in a game called Robocraft in the likeness of Star Dream, and I wanted to use Light MetaS' and TNH's collab remix medley of Star Dream, and so I created this account. Over 6 years ago now. So I feel as though this video was a culmination/full circle type deal of how this channel came to be in the first place. So please, everyone go check out TNH's stuff, his music is utterly stellar. And Light's stuff too while you're at it. Actually, there's a whole load of people I'd like to recommend to you all but I just realised my featured channels tab has literally never changed lmao so I'm gonna do that once this goes live. :)

Anyway, regarding this piece, I'm thrilled with the result. I like the composition I made a lot, and the Dark Matter eyes surrounding the piece was actually a scrapped idea for the Gooey piece, so I'm glad it made a comeback :) And the video probably is some of my proudest work yet, I gotta be brutally honest. As I said in the Iron Valiant video, lot of new stuff I wanted to try, and yeah. Overall really happy ^^

- Project Dream Lore Ahead -

Once Kirby got sucked into the mysterious black hole, Gooey was scrambling trying to think of a way to get him out... but he wouldn't get the opportunity. An all too familiar silhouette descended from the sky, casting Dream Land into rain, and taking over Castle Dedede. Before Gooey could go investigate however, three old friends had come to his aid... Rick, Kine and Coo, and they brought the Rainbow Drops to form the blade that would vanquish the darkness. Gooey accepted the drops in thanks, and using their power, transformed into a Prismatic Swordsman to rival the Dark... but this Alternate Swordsman had a trick up it's cape...

Mid-battle and mask shattered, the Alternate Swordsman's sword began to glow an eerie red and became... A red crystal spear of sorts, which resembles... no... was Fractured Star Dream somehow tied to this blade? Using the blade to tear rifts in the fabric of reality and summoning two additional swordsmen was what turned the tides of the battle, and it seemed all hope was lost as our Gooey Swordsman was about to be slain... until Kirby had returned from his battle with the Alternate Marx, and stepped in to counter attack!

But the Dark Matter's before their demise, had one last plan... to resummon their leader from a previous battle and resurrect him. With enough Dark Energy, it could be accomplished. And it was. Although defeated, their summoning had worked, and Zero had returned. But he knew better than to use the same feeble form he was slain in, and so he consumed the power of the Swordsmen and the Fractured Blade, becoming a Knight so terrible, it was only known by it's title...

...what a bombshell ay? Anyway I'm running out of character space so Imma keep this short lmao next scheduled vid shall be the Goblin Invasion for Terraria, and of course next Project Dream is another mysterious- it's Zan. I think we all know the pattern by now xD
