Fumaria officinalis really does a deep cleaning job in the body and flushes out all that waste that the body hasn't been able to deal with.
It grows all over Europe and is very easy to identify : it looks like no other plant, the flowers are so unique and beautiful!

How do you take Fumaria officinalis and what is the dosage?
Very simple. Forage the flower heads and dry them. Use them in your herbal infusions.
Concerning the dosage, it's important to respect 2-3g for dried herbs and slightly more if fresh because Fumaria officinalis is quite potent and can become toxic in high dosages (like any medicinal treatment really!). And usually this plant is taken as a 5 day cure and then a 10 day break. You don't want to do too much cleaning action in the body haha.

As you can see, I'm a great fan of Fumaria officinalis and I find it's a shame that it's not very well known considering it's incredible curative properties.
