In this xbox tutorial, I will show you how to access the xbox one troubleshoot screen on start up to help fix the green and black screen. When you access the trouble shoot menu on start up, you can update your xbox one offline and then you can factory reset your xbox one to the original settings. This can possible fix any system errors or hard drive errors that cause the black or green screen. Also, this method will clear the xbox one cache.
