Hara Piyaz Chicken Keema is a delicious and flavorful dish made with minced chicken and green onions. Here's how to prepare it:
Ingredients:
Chicken mince (keema): 1 kg
Hara piyaz (green onions): 2 cup, finely chopped
Onion: 1 medium, finely chopped
Tomatoes: 2 medium, finely chopped
Ginger-garlic chopped: 3 tablespoon
Green chilies: 12, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Oil or ghee: 3-4 tablespoons
Salt: To taste
Fresh coriander leaves: For garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:

Wash the chicken mince thoroughly and drain the water.
Chop the green onions (both green and white parts) and set aside.
Cook the Keema:

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
Add Tomatoes and Spices:

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release oil.
Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Cook the Chicken:

Add chicken mince to the pan. Stir well to coat the mince with the masala.
Cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked and any excess water evaporates.
Add Green Onions:

Add the chopped green onions and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes until the flavors meld together.

Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt as needed.
Garnish and Serve:
