Namaste, we are sunil and sonali and Wellcome to a Traditional village food Bhindi masala curry. @Indianvillagefoodandlife
sonali has gone to harvest some okra/ Ladyfinger (Bhindi/bhendi) from a farm house
she plucked basketful of okra and returned home. today she has decided to prepare spicy bhindi masala with (tamarind pulp) also known bhindi masala she also decided to prepare a bhindi pakora also known as bhendi bara for the lunch. There are many ways to cook this vegetable but the curry is sonali's absolute favourite while preparing the lunch.
now our bhindi masala and Bhindi Bara are ready. we we enjoyed both the dishes with the rice for the lunch.
